The manager ensured me that the dress had shipped later in the day on 1/11 and would arrive in 2-3 wks. 4 days later, I had yet to hear back so I sent an email with my concerns & frustrations.

On 12/11, I called Flutter to get an update & spoke to an employee who told me the dress had shipped & should arrive in 1-2 wks. I was told to expect 7-8 months for the dress to arrive. Thus, Kipp’s lifelong passion for bridal fashion (she counts Say Yes to the Dress as a favorite TV show and bridal magazines as her reading material of choice) became a career in which she could control her own destiny. “My husband and I talked about opening a store, but Flutter went up for sale-we signed the papers right away.” “I wanted a job where I could do bridal, but still have room to advance,” she says.
